the owners helped carry my suitcase to my room. the room was clean and had plenty of space , the layout was very good.
the breakfast had quite a strong smell early in the morning because the room was above the kitchen.

mixed feelings about the stay
small roomboiler noise
The room size was definitely a squeeze. Not ideal when you have luggage. the noise from what i assume was the boiler room kept me up a bit. i swear the pipes were trying to sing opera at 3 a.m... on the bright side, it provided some comedic relief, although not when i was trying to sleep.

the breakfast were hot and the room was clean. i did asked for extra pillows and i did got them.
the room faced the street and it was awful. shouting happened all night and i barely slept. run down buildings did surrounded the hotel.

Steve and dawn were cute hosts. the room was neat and clean. It. breakfast included a warm welcome and a great start to the day, i appreciated the location, close to the seafront and town.

the location was really convenient. it was just a short walk to the central pier. the room was very clean and tidy. dawn was an amazing host and gave good advice about local attractions.
the standard family room was quite small. the street was a little noisy at night. there was a strong smell of breakfast early in the morning because our room was above the kitchen.
